Store Policies and Packaging

TURN AROUND TIME 

Earrings, necklaces and headpieces typically ship out within 1 week, sometimes 1-4 days. However, depending on supplies available, please expect 1-2 weeks for your order to be complete. If you need your order quickly, or by a certain date, please send an email to shop@lindsaymariedesign.com to get an estimated ship date. In rare cases, it may take up to 3 weeks, however most pieces do ship out much sooner. Please reach out via email (shop@lindsaymariedesign.com) or via Direct Message on Instagram to find out when your order will be shipping, if it is a rush. You will receive a notification once your order has been placed, an update when your order will be shipping, and tracking information once your order has shipped. All for peace of mind. We know it's hard to wait! We do not charge a rush fee, unless it is necessary in order to get any supplies we may need to speedily complete and ship your order, if it is a super rush.

CUSTOM ORDERS

You can be the designer! Lindsay Marie does accept custom design requests. Every design can be customized with any Swarovski stone color. You can leave instructions at checkout or for more detailed request, please send an email to shop@lindsaymariedesign.com. If there are any other changes or plating color requests you have for a piece, let us know! 

RETURNS

Due to the 100% handmade and made to order nature of every Lindsay Marie piece, all sales are final. We are more than happy to assist you with any questions you may have before placing your order. The happiness with your order is as important to us as it is to you. Want to ask a stylist or have custom requests? Send us an email to shop@lindsaymariedesign.com. You can expect a response within 24-48 hours and typically within 24 hours.

PACKAGING

All Lindsay Marie pieces come boxed individually in one of our signature heirloom keepsake boxes. We recommend storing your piece(s) in our box to keep it pretty for generations to come. For best keeping, do not store in direct sunlight.

      

SHIPPING

US Domestic orders are shipped free of charge to you, via USPS Priority mail with tracking. Delivery time is 2-4 business days and Saturdays (most destinations are only 2, sometimes 3 days) depending on destination. Overnight shipping is always an option if needed for $25. Please send an email to shop@lindsaymariedesign.com if you need the overnight option.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All International orders outside of the US that are over $500 USD ship free via Priority Mail International (6-10 days). Any order under $500 USD is $25 USD to Canada via Priority Mail International (6-10 days) and $30 USD to the rest of the world via Priority Mail International. Express Mail (3-5 days) is also an option at checkout for $40 to Canada and $50 to the rest of the world. If you would like a faster Express option (1-3 days guaranteed for $75 USD), please send an email to shop@lindsaymariedesign.com for your custom shipping option and to discuss the needs of your rush delivery time, to ensure your package arrives on time.

International orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (6-10 days) or Priority Express Mail International (3-5 days), without customs delays and come with tracking. When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking and you can also check the status via the link to the store with shipping updates. Please understand, delays in customs is out of our hands. We ship international all time without issues or delays.

We are unable to mark any order as a "gift" for international orders.

 If you have questions regarding conversion rates to different countries, you can use the conversion translator at the top right corner on the homepage.

Please do keep in mind, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once your order has been shipped. If you would like a signature required, please leave a note at checkout. As always, we recommend following your tracking number to see when your pretty package will be arriving. Absolutely reach out with any concerns you have, we will do our best to accommodate! We know how special each purchase is.
