TURN AROUND TIME 

Orders will ship within 2-14 days complimentary via USPS Priority mail, which should have a 2-3 day transit time. If you need your order quickly and by a certain date, please send an email to shop@lindsaymariedesign.com with your order number or first and last name and your need by date. Or simply leave in the notes section before checkout. For rush and/ or overnight orders, please see "Shipping" below. 

After your order is placed, you will receive a notification via email with your order confirmation. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive another email with tracking information. RETURNS + EXCHANGES 

We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied, all orders are eligible for exchange only within 14 days, after receiving your order in the mail. For any exchanges, please send an email to shop@lindsaymariedesign.com and we will respond within 24 hours to organize your exchange. Shipping is complimentary to you for items your receiving. For any exchanges, shipping back to us is not complimentary. We recommend USPS Priority mail. 

SHIPPING

US Domestic orders are shipped free of charge to you, via USPS Priority mail with tracking. Delivery time is 2-4 business days and Saturdays (most destinations are only 2, sometimes 3 days) depending on destination. Overnight shipping is always an option if needed for an additional fee at checkout. Please send an email to shop@lindsaymariedesign.com if you need the overnight option, to ensure your order will be produced, shipped and delivered on time.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently, we are only shipping to Canada from outside of the US. Canada orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (6-10 days) or Priority Express Mail International (3-5 days), without customs delays and come with tracking. When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking and you can also check the status via the link to the store with shipping updates. Please understand, delays in customs is out of our hands, so please plan ahead and place your order within a decent timeline of when you need it to arrive. 

We are unable to mark any order as a "gift" for international orders.

Please do keep in mind, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once your order has been shipped. If you would like a signature required, please leave a note at checkout. As always, we recommend following your tracking number to see when your pretty package will be arriving. Absolutely reach out with any concerns you have, we will do our best to accommodate! We know how special each purchase is.
