TURN AROUND TIME 

Online orders typically take 1-4 weeks to complete before they are ready to ship. For orders to be completed before 3 weeks, please send an email to ensure your order will be ready in the time it is needed. A rush fee will only apply if materials need to expedited, to complete the order and meet the ship by date requested.

CUSTOM ORDERS

You can be the designer! Lindsay Marie does accept custom design requests. Every design can be customized with any Swarovski stone color. You can leave instructions at checkout or for more detailed request, please send an email to shop@lindsaymariedesign.com. If there are any other changes or plating color requests you have for a piece, let us know! 

RETURNS

Due to the 100% handmade and made to order nature of every Lindsay Marie piece, all sales are final. We are more than happy to assist you with any questions you may have before placing your order. Want to ask a stylist or have custom requests? Send us an email to shop@lindsaymariedesign.com. 

PACKAGING

All Lindsay Marie pieces come boxed individually in one of our signature heirloom keepsake boxes. We recommend storing your piece(s) in our box to keep it pretty for generations to come. For best keeping, do not store in direct sunlight.

SHIPPING

US domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or Fedex ground, unless specifically requested otherwise by email. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped. Delivery time for USPS Priority Mail to US locations is 2-3 business days, including delivery on Saturdays. Delivery time for Fedex ground on domestic orders is 2-3 business days. Overnight and second day air options are available by request. 

International orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International or USPS Express Mail International, with a delivery confirmation number. We do recommend purchasing the Express Mail option, as the delivery time is 3-5 business days and it does come with tracking information. This option is free for all orders placed over $500 USD. If you have questions regarding conversion rates to meet this qualification, please send an email to shop@lindsaymariedesign.com and we can answer any questions you have. You can also use the conversion translator at the top left corner on the homepage.

For all international orders placed under $500 USD, the standard Priority Mail International rate $25 to Canada and $30 to the rest of the world. Typically the cost is more, so you will still be receiving a shipping discount.  Delivery time for Priority Mail International is 7-14 days, depending on the destination, without a customs delay. For international orders placed under $500 USD, USPS Express Mail International to Canada is $45 and $50 to the rest of the world. Shipping time is 3-5 days with delivery confirmation and tracking. 

Please note that as much as we want your package to arrive to you as fast and safe as possible, there occasionally can be minor shipping delays. We recommend following the tracking information for your order, as we cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages once your order has been shipped.
